Terms of Service

These terms apply to JetBridge Driver. Future games may have their own terms.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Three Comma Games, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("we", "us"), for JetBridge Driver (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Game.

Who may play

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on Apple devices you own or control, for private non-commercial entertainment, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and the Usage Rules in the App Store. We keep all rights not expressly given.

What you may not do

Copy, modify, rent, sell, or distribute the Game; reverse engineer or extract its code, models, textures or audio (except where law allows despite this clause); remove copyright or credit notices; cheat by tampering with the Game, your device's clock, or purchases; or use the Game unlawfully.

Purchases

The Game is free to play with optional one-time purchases ("Remove Ads", "Heavy Jet", "Pro"). They are digital content, processed by Apple. Prices, taxes, payment, and refunds are handled under Apple's terms; we can't issue refunds ourselves, so request them from Apple. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, can be restored with "Restore Purchases", and have no cash value. We may change prices and what packs include in the future; that won't remove what you already bought, except where we must stop supporting the Game (see Changes and ending).

Ads and rewards

The Game shows ads and offers optional rewarded ads (e.g. lives or a rewind). Ads are provided by third parties; we aren't responsible for their content or for sites and products they advertise. Rewards have no cash value.

Progress and data on your device

Your progress, scores and settings are stored on your device. They can be lost if you delete the Game, reset progress, or lose the device. We don't guarantee they will be backed up or recoverable.

Safety

Play in a safe place. Don't play while driving, walking in traffic, or doing anything that needs your attention. The Game is entertainment and is not a training tool or simulator for real boarding-bridge or aircraft operations; do not rely on it for real-world operations.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without payment or credit.

Disclaimer

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or work on every device. Some places don't allow some exclusions, so some of this may not apply to you.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Comma Games, LLC, its members, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost progress, data, or profits, arising from the Game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the Game in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (including for death, personal injury, or fraud).

Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the Game or its content, maintenance or support, or for warranty claims (if the Game fails to meet a warranty, you may tell Apple, who may refund the purchase price, if any, and otherwise has no warranty duty to you). Apple isn't responsible for claims about the Game, including product liability, legal-compliance, consumer-protection, or intellectual-property claims; those are ours. You confirm you aren't in a country under a U.S. embargo or on a U.S. restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you once you accept them.

Changes and ending

We may update the Game or these Terms, and may stop supporting the Game. We'll post the new Terms with a new effective date; using the Game after that means you accept them. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these Terms. You may stop at any time by deleting the Game. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) do.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court where available. Nothing here takes away rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

General

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Game.

Copyright

JetBridge Driver, its name, logo, original artwork, sound, code, levels and text are the property of Three Comma Games, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, or its licensors, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

Some 3D models are by third parties and used under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). They are credited in the app under Settings → Credits. Those credits are the only attribution those models need; this notice does not claim ownership of them.

All airlines, liveries and companies shown are fictional. Aircraft types (Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, Bombardier and others) are named only to describe the vehicles. Their names and marks belong to their owners. Three Comma Games is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
