Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 31, 2026
Three Comma Games, LLC ("we", "us") makes mobile games, including JetBridge Driver (each a "Game"). This policy explains what our Games collect and why. It applies to all of our Games unless a Game tells you otherwise.
What stays on your device
Your progress, scores, settings and purchases are saved on your device. Our Games don't have accounts, and we can't see this data.
What we collect
We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos or microphone. Third-party data collection is by the ad network and our analytics provider, both described below. If a future Game collects anything more, we will update this policy and tell you in the Game before it does.
Analytics
To see how our Games are played and improve them, we use Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC). The Games send gameplay events (for example which level you played and how it went, such as time, score and result) and the controls you used, along with device type, OS and app version, approximate country, and an app-instance identifier created by the SDK. We don't send your name or contact details. Google may also use your device's advertising identifier where you've allowed tracking. We use this data only in aggregate to understand play.
Purchases
Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your card or Apple ID details. Our Games ask the App Store whether you own an item so they can unlock it.
Ads
Our Games show ads from Google AdMob (Google LLC). Ad networks may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location, and ad interactions to serve and measure ads, and may use them for personalised ads where you allow it. Our Games ask permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you can say no; if you decline, ads are not personalised. Where required (for example in the EEA and UK), they also ask for your consent to ads through a Google-certified consent form, which you can change later. You can limit tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where a Game offers a purchase that removes ads, buying it turns off those ads; optional rewarded ads stay available. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Game Center
Some Games use Apple's Game Center for leaderboards. If you're signed in to Game Center, your score and Game Center player name are shared with Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We don't receive your Apple ID details.
Children
Our Games are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with the ad network, our analytics provider and Apple as described, with service providers acting for us, or when the law requires it.
Retention and your choices
Data on your device is yours: delete the Game or use its reset option to remove it. For data held by third parties (such as ad networks), use their controls or contact us and we'll help. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to use of your personal information; email us to exercise them.
Security
We use reasonable measures, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new effective date.
